What is your returns & refund policy?
Please note that all my ceramic pieces are handmade with great care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of my work, I do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. I kindly ask you to review all product details carefully before making a purchase. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Additionally, while I package each item securely to ensure it arrives safely, I cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. If you have any concerns about your order, please feel free to reach out, and I will do my best to assist you.
Are the products you sell handmade?
Yes, all my products are handmade and hand painted by me.
Are the products dishwasher and food safe?
Yes, all products are food save. All tableware products are dishwasher safe.
I recommend washing vases and sculptures by hand. Porcelain objects should be cleaned by hand, too, because they tend to be very delicate.
What is the price of a private ceramics workshop?
The price of a private ceramics workshop (for 2 persons) is 150,00 euro per person, for 2 workshops of 2,5 hours each (5 hours workshop in total). The reason I give 2 workshops is because in the first workshop, we handbuilt ceramic objects from clay, and in the second workshop, we decorate and paint our objects. I guide you through this process. The glazing and firing of your creations is up to me, and is included in the price as well. Please see my Instagram @blisspottery for impressions of the workshop.
